STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Here at ESR, we are firm believers of strengthening when rehabbing your injury. However, you do not need to be injured to come to ERS. You can come to ERS to work on improving your strength and conditioning to help reduce your risk of injury during the season and to prepare you for the upcoming season.

Strengthening is an important and critical component of your rehab and that is why we spend most of the treatment session doing it. Improving your body’s capacity through strength training and conditioning is key for reduce injury risk and to prepare your body as it returns to the activities and sport(s) that you love.
