
TEAM/ GROUP TRAINING
Do you have a team or a group of friends that you want to work out with?
This is a great way to have accountable and build community. It will help decrease the cost of individual training. Here at ESR, we provide group/team training for up to 4-8 people. We try to keep the numbers small to provide the best care and attention as possible for each individual. During the group training, we will work on sport-specific movements, strength training, lifting technique, conditioning, etc. to improve the client’s/athlete’s abilities to excel on the field.
